6-Axis Servo Amplifier

Converts DC bus power into switched current for all six robot axes from a single amplifier chassis.

The 6-axis servo amplifier packages the power transistor stages for every axis of a standard industrial arm into one chassis, taking DC bus voltage from the power supply module and switching it into the current waveform each motor's control loop commands.

Consolidating all axes into one amplifier keeps cabinet size and wiring down, but it also means a fault on one axis channel can sometimes bring down diagnostics for the whole unit until the specific channel is isolated.

Amplifiers in this class run hot under sustained load and rely on the drive fan unit and cabinet airflow to stay within their rated temperature.
