Labeling robots apply printed labels to products or packaging at a precise location, coordinating with a print-and-apply system.

The robot picks a label from an applicator or presents the product to a fixed print-and-apply head, positioning it accurately enough that the label lands square and fully adhered.

Vision confirms placement after the fact on higher-speed lines, catching skewed or missing labels before the product moves further down the line.

Conveyor synchronization keeps the labeling cycle aligned with product spacing, since a label applied even slightly out of time will miss its target position on the product.
