Wire feeder

Motor-driven wire feed unit that supplies filler wire to the welding torch at a controlled speed synchronized with the power source and robot path.

Wire feeders push filler wire from a spool or drum through a liner to the torch at a speed set by the welding power source, which coordinates feed speed with voltage and current to maintain the selected arc characteristics.
