ROBOGUIDE simulation

FANUC's offline programming and simulation software used to design, program, and validate robot cells before they exist on the shop floor.

ROBOGUIDE lets an integrator build a 3D model of a FANUC robot cell, including fixtures, conveyors, and other equipment, then write and test robot programs in simulation before any hardware is installed. This shortens commissioning time on-site since much of the program logic and reach validation happens ahead of time.

The software includes specialized packages for specific applications, such as PickPro for conveyor picking or WeldPro for arc welding, that add process-specific simulation tools on top of the base cell layout environment.

Simulation accuracy depends on how closely the 3D models and cycle time assumptions match the real equipment, so field validation and adjustment are still expected once the actual cell is built.
