- Internal motion compensation fault; not a pendant-level configuration issue.
How to fix it
- Run the Diagnostic Log function (FNCT > Diagnostic log) immediately - before power cycling or jogging - and take an image backup.
- Contact FANUC service with the log and backup. If the log can't be run, document exactly what led up to the alarm instead.
