How to fix it
- Work FANUC's swap order with the controller de-energized and locked out for each exchange: pendant, pendant cable, operator's panel, E-stop unit, then amplifier. Cheapest and most-handled components come first, which is also where intermittent faults live.
- If the ladder does not resolve it, document the events and contact FANUC.
