SRVO-211: TP OFF in T1,T2

The teach pendant was disabled while the mode switch sat in T1 or T2 - a state the safety logic forbids (in teach modes, the pendant must be live).

What it means

The teach pendant was disabled while the mode switch sat in T1 or T2 - a state the safety logic forbids (in teach modes, the pendant must be live).

Common causes

Ranked by what technicians most often find, most likely first.

  1. Pendant enable/disable switch turned off in T1/T2 mode.
  2. Hardware failure in the switch chain if the state is genuinely correct.

How to fix it

  1. Set the pendant enable switch to ENABLE and press RESET.
  2. If the alarm persists with a correct switch state, document and contact FANUC.
