- Half operation of the deadman switch or an E-stop button - a blip where one channel led the other.
- A contact starting to fail intermittently.
How to fix it
- Press the E-stop (pendant or panel) fully and release; if SRVO-236 confirms repair, run the release and RESET. Chain-release procedure (needed after any chain-abnormal repair): (a) press and release an E-stop button on the pendant or operator panel, (b) press F4 'RES_1CH' on the Alarm ACTIVE screen [4 Alarm / ACTIVE], (c) press RESET.
