What it means
Same forbidden state as SRVO-211 - pendant disabled while the mode switch is in T1/T2 - but this variant carries FANUC's full hardware suspect ladder for when the switch positions are actually correct.
Common causes
Ranked by what technicians most often find, most likely first.
- Pendant disable in a teach mode - operator-side.
- Hardware: pendant, pendant cable, mode switch, E-stop board, 6-axis amplifier.
How to fix it
- Enable the pendant for teaching, or put the mode switch in AUTO for auto operation. This clears the alarm when the pendant state simply does not match the mode.
- If the state is correct and the alarm persists, swap hardware in order with the controller de-energized and locked out for each exchange: pendant, pendant cable, mode switch, E-stop board, then amplifier.
