SRVO-233

SRVO-233: TP OFF in T1,T2 (hardware ladder)

Same forbidden state as SRVO-211 - pendant disabled while the mode switch is in T1/T2 - but this variant carries FANUC's full hardware suspect ladder for when the switch positions are actually correct.

What it means

Same forbidden state as SRVO-211 - pendant disabled while the mode switch is in T1/T2 - but this variant carries FANUC's full hardware suspect ladder for when the switch positions are actually correct.

Common causes

Ranked by what technicians most often find, most likely first.

  1. Pendant disable in a teach mode - operator-side.
  2. Hardware: pendant, pendant cable, mode switch, E-stop board, 6-axis amplifier.

How to fix it

  1. Enable the pendant for teaching, or put the mode switch in AUTO for auto operation. This clears the alarm when the pendant state simply does not match the mode.
  2. If the state is correct and the alarm persists, swap hardware in order with the controller de-energized and locked out for each exchange: pendant, pendant cable, mode switch, E-stop board, then amplifier.
