SRVO-117: Brake Number Conflict
Configuration alarm: machine lock is set on a group that shares a brake number with another group that is NOT machine-locked.
What it means
Configuration alarm: machine lock is set on a group that shares a brake number with another group that is NOT machine-locked. The controller can't honor both states with one shared brake - one group wants it locked, the other wants it live.
Common causes
Ranked by what technicians most often find, most likely first.
- Shared brake number across groups with mismatched machine-lock states.
How to fix it
- Set machine lock on ALL groups using the shared brake, or
- Rewire/reassign brake connections so no brake number is shared across groups. This is a setup decision - resolve it in configuration, not by clearing and retrying.
