SRVO-117: Brake Number Conflict

Configuration alarm: machine lock is set on a group that shares a brake number with another group that is NOT machine-locked.

What it means

Configuration alarm: machine lock is set on a group that shares a brake number with another group that is NOT machine-locked. The controller can't honor both states with one shared brake - one group wants it locked, the other wants it live.

Common causes

Ranked by what technicians most often find, most likely first.

  1. Shared brake number across groups with mismatched machine-lock states.

How to fix it

  1. Set machine lock on ALL groups using the shared brake, or
  2. Rewire/reassign brake connections so no brake number is shared across groups. This is a setup decision - resolve it in configuration, not by clearing and retrying.
