- Sensor/cable fault per the SRVO-098 list.
- Main board or CPU card fault.
How to fix it
- Clear any accompanying alarms first, including force-sensor alarms.
- Work the SRVO-098 connection checks.
- Escalation order: image backup, then main board, then CPU card; if it persists, document the sequence of events and contact FANUC.
