SRVO-109: ACC sensor ID mismatch

The controller expected an acceleration sensor and found either nothing (parameter 1) or a different kind of sensor (parameter 2) on the channel.

What it means

The controller expected an acceleration sensor and found either nothing (parameter 1) or a different kind of sensor (parameter 2) on the channel.

Common causes

Ranked by what technicians most often find, most likely first.

  1. Parameter 1: sensor not connected - cable or connector issue.
  2. Parameter 2: wrong sensor type plugged into the accelerometer channel.
  3. Cable, sensor, or main board fault.

How to fix it

  1. Read the parameter in the message - it tells you which problem you have.
  2. Verify the right sensor is on the right port; reseat connectors and check shield grounding.
  3. Then cable, sensor, and (after image backup) main board, per the SRVO-098 ladder. Power-cycle to clear.
